REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Busted Paws we are committed to ensuring you and your furry friends are completely satisfied with our products. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

Are you elidable?

Busted Paws will replace or refund any damaged or lost items at our expense with proof of purchase.

You must have reason for requesting a refund, ( damage, quality, lost etc. )

Busted Paws will NOT refund your order if you change your mind.

You have contact us within 7 days from receiving your order.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at bustedpawsau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

Upon receiving your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item if necessary.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

WHERE IS BUSTED PAWS BASED?

We operate out of our studio here in Gippsland, Victoria.
